THE TRADITION OF RECORDING DONATION
IN WALI<MAH AL- `URSY
(Study in Krenceng Village, Kejobong District, Purbalingga Regency)
A marriage requires a walimah, which is a celebration that accompanies
the marriage contract between a man and a woman. Walimah according to Islamic
law is sunnah, so marriage is generally known by the community. The tradition that
has been carried out when there is a wedding walimah event for the local
community is "nyumbang". Nyumbang can be defined as a means of helping each
other or helping each other, for people holding a celebration to lighten the burden.
In the village of Krenceng, Kejobong District, Purbalingga Regency, it is one of the
villages that still preserves this tradition, which has been going on for a long time,
but sometimes there are some parties who object to it make that contribution. Based
on these findings, researchers want to look at the principles of Al-`A<datu
Muh{akkamah{ and their application to these rules.
This research is a type of field research (Field Research) with an approach.
The approach in this research uses a descriptive analytical research approach. In
this research the researcher tries to describe and describe how the practice of
recording donations occurs in Krenceng village.
The results of this research are that the practice of donating has been going
on for approximately 65 years and has been recorder for approximately 15 years.
The tradition of donating is carried out by recording donations and the returnin
them. The application of the Al-`A<datu Muh{akkamah{ rules is that the tradition of
recording donations cannot be used as legal basic because it contains harm.
